All that's machine.

Yantra exists because most automotive coverage in India tells you what a car has — the spec sheet, the feature list, the launch price. It rarely tells you what a car is, or why it feels the way it does on the road.

We come at this from a different angle: engineering first, ownership reality second, press releases a distant third. Before a car is a lifestyle statement, it's a set of trade-offs — in architecture, in materials, in tuning — made by engineers under real constraints. Understanding those trade-offs is the difference between a review and an explanation.

What we cover

  • Tech Decoded — how the technology actually works, stripped of marketing language
  • Launch Intel — new vehicles and platforms, read through an engineering lens
  • Under the Skin — the architecture and systems beneath the sheet metal
  • Ownership Lab — what it actually costs to live with a car, in Indian conditions
  • Future Drive — where the industry is headed, and why

Our filter

Before we publish anything, we ask one question: would this article still exist if Yantra didn't exist? If the answer is no — if it's just a repackaged press release or a spec dump you could get anywhere — we don't run it.
